The last few years have witnessed a significant development in technology directed towards the property industry. Our knowledgeable panel will explore the issues surrounding all aspects of data activity and how fund managers can harness the benefits of the growth in property technology to streamline and accelerate their real estate business operations.

We will hear from our special guest, Tim Buchner of Mercatus, a State Street company based in the US, who has developed a new platform to assist fund managers in using data to drive performance. Tim will talk about the process and methodology around this and their future plans with the platform.

We will also be joined by three PropTech firms working in the real estate funds industry, to hear about their products and what they can offer.
