We are delighted to invite all members of the FutureGen Network to our third site visit in the 2024 series, where we will explore the JJ Mack Building, developed by Helical.
The JJ Mack Building, developed by Helical, is one of London’s smartest and most sustainable office buildings. The building provides 200,000 sq ft of best in class office space, located 150 metres from Farringdon station (Elizabeth Line).
The JJ Mack Building has an ‘Outstanding’ BREEAM rating with a score higher than any other building, making it the most sustainable building in the UK. It has also achieved a Nabers Design for Performance Target Rating of 5 stars (awarded to only 5 buildings in the UK).
The building has been designed with a focus on the occupier’s wellbeing, with excellent amenities and impressive views across London from the roof terraces.
The site visit will begin with the tour at 9:00am and finish with refreshments on the 5th floor.
