TNFD - Sector Guidance - Real Estate

The Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures ('TNFD') has been consulting on Draft sector guidance - Engineering, construction and real estate. The draft guidance supplements the TNFD’s Guidance on assessing nature-related issues — the LEAP approach and should be read in conjunction with that guidance. Also, the draft sector guidance includes proposed guidance on the application of the core global disclosure metrics and proposals for sector-specific disclosure indicators and metrics.

TNFD welcomed feedback by 27 September 2024. AREF participated in a cross-association working group of ESG experts. AREF based its own response on their model response.

TNFD plan to issue the final sector guidance by 30 December 2024.
