Sponsorship Opportunity:

The AREF Annual Dinner & Awards 2025

An exclusive opportunity for AREF Members to sponsor the premier event of the Real Estate Calendar

We are thrilled to announce the much-anticipated AREF Annual Dinner & Awards 2025, a highlight in the real estate industry's social calendar. This prestigious event will take place on Thursday 25th September 2025 and is exclusively open to AREF members and their invited guests, offering unparalleled opportunities to network with key players in the sector while celebrating excellence across the industry.

New to the package, sponsorship of the AREF Annual Dinner 2025 includes exclusive branding and recognition during our AREF Awards, highlighting outstanding achievements across the real estate industry.

New Venue for 2025!

This year, we are elevating the event experience by hosting it at an iconic new venue—Raffles London. Situated on Whitehall in the historic Old War Office (OWO), this landmark building has been meticulously restored over the past six years, transforming it into a luxurious destination that seamlessly blends heritage and modern elegance.

The OWO holds a special place in history, having served as the base of operations for Winston Churchill during World War II. Its storied past and architectural grandeur make it a fitting location for the Annual Dinner. You can view more about Raffles London here.

The event will include a pre-dinner Champagne Drinks Reception in The Lawrence, a special events space named after Lt T E Lawrence, the archaeologist, diplomat and writer who was employed at the War Office before he found fame as Lawrence of Arabia.  Guests will then descend a grand staircase into The Whitehall Ballroom for delicious three course dinner.  There will be entertainment during the dinner (previous years have included Zoe Lyons, Marcus Brigstocke, Nina Conti, Lord Sebastian Coe, Rory Bremner, Ian Hislop, mind-reader Graham Jolly, Lucy Porter & Miles Jupp) as well as live music during the post-dinner drinks soiree back in The Lawrence.

The larger venue will allow for even more members to attend, ensuring that more of our community can be part of this unforgettable evening.

Cost: £25,000 + VAT
