We are pleased to offer this opportunity to become the sole sponsor of our new training series, FUNDamentals. Developed by the AREF Education & Training Committee and hosted at PGIM Real Estate's office on Strand, London, this new series will provide a structured introduction to various aspects of real estate fund management.
It is designed for those new to the industry, as well as professionals seeking a refresh, with sessions particularly relevant to fund managers, investors, capital-raising professionals, and those in supporting roles.
Spanning six sessions, over 18 months, beginning in April 2025, each held at PGIM Real Estate's office, the programme covers key topics, including fund structures, regulation, investment strategies, taxation, and financial management. Each session will be open to 30 AREF members, free-of-charge, and led by industry experts. They will all include interactive elements to enhance the learning experience.
