New event in Jersey

We are excited to announce that our annual Vision event is coming to Jersey for the first time, hopefully, in Q4 2024. This highly anticipated event will bring together industry professionals and thought leaders to explore the economic outlook and key market trends for the year ahead. Our expert panel will delve into the challenges and opportunities facing the real estate industry, offering valuable insights on how AREF and our members in the Channel Islands can best support the industry in the coming year.

The event will begin with a networking session over coffee, followed by a keynote presentation by a researcher from a leading fund management firm, who will share their predictions for the upcoming year. The seminar will feature a dynamic, interactive panel discussion with Q&A, including an ESG expert.  The panel will delve into key themes and future market trends.

Cost: £3,000 + VAT

The sponsorship package will incude:

  • Prominent Brand Exposure:
    Recognition and prominent display of your logo on all promotional campaigns leading up to the event. This includes monthly newsletters, member emails, the AREF website, and our social networks.
  • Event Participation:
    • Speaking Opportunity: An opportunity for a representative from your company to either give a brief introduction, closing remarks or if appropriate, to participate in the panel discussion (to be discussed).
  • Inclusion of your logo/company name in various touchpoints:
    • Email confirmations to all delegates
    • The events page on AREF website
    • On-screen presentation during the event
    • Acknowledgment and tagging in social media posts throughout the event
    • Special mention by the Moderator during the conference.
  • Branding Opportunity:
    The liberty to showcase your branding throughout the venue, allowing for the display of sponsor banners and merchandise. All branded items are to be supplied and funded by the sponsor.
  • Networking Session: Exclusive access for up to 10 staff members to the pre-event networking coffee session, with panel members.
  • Guest-List:
    • Prior to the event, the guest list containing the names, surnames, and company names of all attendees will be shared with the sponsor.
  • Networking Opportunities:
    • Networking Session: Exclusive access for up to x10 staff members to the pre-event networking coffee session with industry leaders and key stakeholders. 
  • Post-Event Recognition:
    Recognition and logo inclusion in post-event communications, featured on the AREF website, in the Newsletter, and in the event write-up on our website, complete with links to event photos.
