FutureGen Educational Series 2020 'Bricks and Mortar of Real Estate'
The FutureGen Committee continued their success from last year with a new educational series for 2020 called 'The Bricks and Mortar of Real Estate'.
Over three sessions, speakers provided a comprehensive understanding of fund and portfolio management. They covered what dictates strategy and the investment process; developing the investment pipeline; the mechanics of an acquisition; traditional v's modern valuation techniques; and changes that impact the methodology of the valuation.
