The purpose of this document is to provide AREF members with insight and guidance on the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) process. It was originally published in October 2023 and sits alongside a webinar held on 13 October 2023 entitled, ‘Completing the SFDR Process’ (link to recording).
The paper, amended in October 2024, has been put together by AREF members who have undertaken the SFDR process, but it is not a fully comprehensive list of requirements and each manager may interpret the regulations differently or use a different approach.
There are currently a number of ongoing SFDR consultations and it is intended to update the document accordingly, as and when regulation changes.
