Who Can Join?

Affiliate Membership is open to any firm involved in the property industry, including those offering professional services or expertise to fund managers. This includes, but is not limited to, legal and accounting firms, tax advisers, fund administrators, valuers, asset managers, building consultants, as well as PropTech companies and those working in sustainability.

Our Affiliate Members contribute specialist knowledge, shape policy, and work collaboratively with fund managers, helping to drive the sector forward, they are integral to AREF, taking part in committees, working groups, and often hosting or speaking at events.

Affiliate Membership Fees

Membership Type	Annual Fee (+VAT)
Affiliate Member	£5,975

Renewals are due 1st November each year. Fees are pro-rated based on joining date.

How to Apply

If you’re interested in joining AREF, please complete our Enquiry Form, and a member of our team will be in touch.

Application Process

1. Initial meeting with an AREF team member
2. Submission of the Affiliate Member Application Form (provided after initial discussion)
3. Submission of the membership request to the AREF Board for approval
