The Fund aims to achieve a high and sustainable level of income and some capital appreciation. It mainly invests in a diversified portfolio of direct property assets, but may also invest in specialist property unit trusts and property shares. The Fund's performance benchmarks are the MSCI/AREF Monthly and Quarterly indices, adjusted to exclude the top and bottom 5% of funds by size and single asset companies.
