21 November 2024 8.30am – 10.30am + Add to calendar Breakfast Seminar Travers Smith

Discover more about how to integrate Nature and Biodiversity into your real estate portfolios at our upcoming event, Nature in Real Estate, tailored for investment managers navigating the evolving landscape of property investment.

In addition to the significant dependency of nature on global economic value generation (approximately half the world’s GDP), the restoration of nature also plays a key role in meeting our global decarbonisation targets.

Join us for the premiere of an insightful new video, produced in partnership with Knight Frank, that explores the significance of integrating nature positive outcomes in investment strategies. The video addresses key themes, starting with the drivers and risks associated with nature and moves on to provide practical insights and considerations at each stage of the asset lifecycle, guiding attendees on how to effectively start incorporating nature into their portfolios. Finally, the video showcases real-world case studies, illustrating successful applications of natural capital that enhance property value and sustainability.

The event will include a keynote presentation, followed by an engaging panel discussion.
