Aisling specialises in large scale, complex real estate transactions for major real estate companies and funds. She has a particular focus on UK REITs and co-leads Deloitte’s market-leading REITs practice.

Since 2007, Aisling has worked on a number of major REIT transactions, including launches/IPOs, capital raises, acquisitions, disposals, takeovers, refinancing and restructurings, as well as joint ventures. She is currently working on a number of REIT IPOs and conversions, as well as advising a number of large institutional investors on the set-up of ‘institutional’ REITs.

Melville Rodrigues

Head – Real Estate Advisory, Apex Group

Melville's practice focuses on the launch and operation of funds, including funds which hold underlying real estate investments in the UK as well as internationally. The funds have attracted institutional, private and retail investors.

In addition to servicing clients, he has been involved in representing industry bodies in their dialogue with the Treasury and the FCA. He is a regular contributor to the real estate press. Melville is the honorary legal adviser to the London Doughnut Economy Coalition.

Jennet is an Executive Director at CBRE. She is an economist with over twenty years experience. Jen joined CBRE 15 years ago to set up the residential research team. She is currently head of UK research, with a focus is on the big issues in the real estate world; identifying trends, analysing the market, and providing clients with unrivalled insight and ideas. Jen regularly produces bespoke reports for clients that help inform their strategic decision making process. In addition, she produces a wide ranging programme of thought leadership looking at issues such as placemaking, premium pricing and the impact of regeneration. Jen spends a significant amount of time presenting to client (developer and buyers) to keep them up to date with market developments.
