We are delighted to invite all members of the FutureGen Network to our second site visit in the 2024 series, where we will explore the Enclave site in Kings Cross.
Enclave Living JV, a joint venture between Blackrock and Outpost, focuses on developing and managing high-quality residential properties.
The event will begin with a networking session, followed by a presentation from Blackrock. They will provide an overview of the asset and discuss its role within the broader UK residential strategy for the European Value Add Fund VI, covering the business plan, leasing, and progress. Afterward, there will be a tour of the property, concluding in the Sky Lounge. The British Airways Blackrock team will also share plans for the Tribeca campus and discuss the innovative developments shaping Kings Cross, particularly in life sciences and mixed-use projects.
