The event presents an excellent opportunity to network for all our members, though spaces are limited so we do strongly advise booking early to avoid any disappointment.

In 2025, we are elevating the Annual Dinner experience by hosting it at the magnificent Raffles London, situated in the historic Old War Office (OWO) on Whitehall. This landmark building, steeped in history, has been meticulously restored over the last 8 years into a luxurious venue that marries its rich heritage with contemporary elegance.

Begin the evening in The Lawrence, an enchanting space named after the legendary T.E. Lawrence ("Lawrence of Arabia"), who once worked at the War Office. -
19:30hrs - Dinner & Awards Ceremony in The Whitehall Ballroom
Guests will descend a grand staircase into the exquisite Whitehall Ballroom for a sumptuous three-course dinner. The evening will feature live entertainment during dinner—past performers include stars like Nina Conti, Lord Sebastian Coe, and Ian Hislop -

The larger venue at Raffles London allows us to welcome even more members to join this incredible evening, ensuring a broader representation of our vibrant community.
Cost of table:
- Table for 10 people: £2400.00 + VAT
- Table for 12 people: £2880.00 + VAT
- Individual ticket: £300.00 + VAT * {Note: you will be seated at a table with other individual ticket holders}. This ticket is only available to staff from AREF member firms. The cost of this ticket includes all drinks.
- Hosted Bar (in the Lawrence): £150.00 + VAT
- Hosted Bar (in the Morse Room, located just outside The Lawrence): £80.00 + VAT
What's included in the cost of a table?
The cost of your table includes: Pre-dinner champagne reception, three course dinner with coffee and petit four, entertainment during the dinner and access to the post-dinner soirée with live music. Please note: Drinks are not included in the cost of the tables during the dinner in the Ballroom - these are pre-ordered through us later this year. There is access to a cash bar throughout the evening.
* For indiviudal tickets, table wine is included.

- Payment can be made by credit card or invoice (if paying by invoice - an invoice will be raised and emailed to the booking contact (please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your invoice). All payments are to be received no later than Friday 22nd August 2025.

Hosted bars:
A handful of hosted bars are also available to book. These are mainly located in the Lawrence Room for the pre-dinner champagne reception, however, a few hosted bars are available to book in the Morse Room, located just outside the Lawrence. If you choose to add a hosted bar to your booking, you will be allocated your own high top poseur table and any pre-ordered drinks will be waiting for you on the table.
Each hosted bar has a table number and your company name which will be printed for you*, your guests will be directed to your hosted bar upon arrival. DRINKS ARE NOT INCLUDED in the cost of the hosted bar and should be pre-ordered {Note: Drinks not consumed during the champagne reception will be taken to your table in the Ballroom by a member of waiting staff}. If you do not book a hosted bar, you will be responsible for finding your guests during the champagne reception (champagne will be served by waiting staff who will be circling the room).
* Strictly no branding is allowed, apart from AREF and the main sponsor, to be displayed in the River Rooms or the Ballroom
