The Local Authorities Property Fund

The Fund provides facilities exclusively for local authorities to invest in commercial and industrial property on a collective basis, to obtain a spread of investment risk with constant expert property management. Its objective is to provide a satisfactory total capital and income return over the long term. The Fund’s benchmark is the Other Balanced Fund component of the AREF/IPD UK Quarterly Property Fund Index
