AREF members are invited to attend the UK Green Building Council’s course on funding, valuing and acquiring green buildings.

This one-day CPD course explores the business case for responsible property investment. Delegates will learn how to measure and optimise the value of their portfolio with a more sustainable focus, whilst appreciating the social, economic and environmental value of buildings.

This course is relevant to all professionals working in the built environment, specifically investors, fund managers, asset managers, valuers, developers and occupiers. It is delivered by industry and academic experts, including Drivers Jonas Deloitte, Cass Business School, Jones Lang LaSalle, Tishman Speyer and Legal & General.
