The Association of Real Estate Funds – Sustainability Seminar

AREF hosted
Wednesday 12 October 2011

Following the success of our two previous, packed, seminars in October last year and in 2009, Hogan Lovells have, once again, kindly agreed to host what will now be an annual event; but moving to an evening slot to encourage more dialogue and networking afterwards.

We have a first class line up of speakers, all of whom are closely involved in these issues, but from different professional perspectives.  Come and hear them speak about the topical issues for property investors, including:

  • Balancing Investor and Manager positions
  • Carrot and stick: the policy and legislative investment drivers
  • Responsible property investment in practice
  • Making energy efficiency happen in practice from development to occupation
